FlightsYou should be able to get flights from any of the online travel websites, like Travelocity, Expedia, or Orbitz. The main airport of the island is in Larnaka (LCA). A less convenient option is the airport in Paphos (PFO). If you are coming from the US, there are no direct flights to Cyprus. It is often less expensive, and more convenient to buy 2 separate tickets: a transatlantic ticket to a major European airport, and a separate one to Cyprus. You can take a direct flight to Cyprus from London (LHR), Amsterdam (AMS), Frankfurt (FRA), Milan (MXP), Athens (ATH), and a few other European capitals. HotelsThe Louis Princess Beach Hotel rate for our wedding guests is £22 Cyprus Pounds per person per night, for a limited number of rooms. The location is especially convenient for the ones planning to leave soon after the wedding, as it is only 10Km from the main airport. To make a reservation, please email princess@louishotels.com and ask for the "Giorgos & Snejina wedding rate", at least 1 month before the wedding. You can find reviews for other hotels in Cyprus on the TripAdvisor website. Several people plan to spend time in Paphos, or other places in Cyprus, before or after the wedding. You can generally get better rates, if you reserve a Cypriot hotel by phone, or through a hotel's own website, rather than through the major travel websites. TransportationWe will provide transportation from the hotel to the church, and back, for our friends who will be staying in Larnaka. There is no train service in Cyprus. You can travel between cities by bus or more conveniently by transurban service taxis. You can rent a car at either of the two airports (LCA, or PFO). Remember that in Cyprus we drive on the left side of the street. Just follow the traffic!
